1. Operator and contact
Services offered under the Aurion Funding brand are operated by Dennis Klahn, trading as The Trading Expert. Business identification and contact details are available in our Legal Notice.
Questions about account access, a purchase, payment or contract can be addressed to info@thetradingexpert.com.
2. Nature of the product
An Aurion Evaluation is a paid access service that allows the registered trader to complete trading objectives in a simulated environment under the rules identified for the selected programme and account size. The displayed simulated balance is not a deposit or real money owned by the customer.
A purchase does not buy financial instruments, live brokerage access, asset management, guaranteed profits or any automatic entitlement to funded-stage rewards. See the Simulated Trading Disclosure.
3. Programme selection and contract information
Available programmes, simulated account sizes, evaluation phases, profit objectives, drawdown limits, applicable trading days and the evaluation fee are displayed before checkout. The final selected plan, applicable price and any discount are calculated server-side.
The programme's versioned Rulebook, applicable risk disclosures and other expressly accepted documents form part of the purchase information. If a material commercial term conflicts with a general marketing statement, the specific terms shown and accepted during checkout govern, subject to mandatory consumer law.
4. Account and eligibility
Purchasing requires a personal account with accurate details and access to a valid email address. Customers must be legally capable of contracting and may be subject to territorial, identity or compliance checks. Do not share credentials, impersonate another trader or use someone else's account.
If a compliance or availability restriction prevents delivery, the order will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the relevant product terms.
5. Ordering, prices and payment
Before placing an order, the checkout displays the selected programme, simulated account size, requested platform, fee, any discount, billing details and required contract documents. Orders are created only after submission. Payment is processed by the configured payment service provider; a return to the website alone is not proof of successful payment.
Purchase status and supporting order records can be viewed in the customer dashboard. Founding promotions are limited to the eligibility and inventory rules presented at checkout; a displayed promotional price is not a guaranteed reservation until the platform explicitly confirms it.
6. Delivery and evaluation progression
After payment confirmation, Aurion processes evaluation activation and displays the resulting status in the dashboard. Activation may require operational or compliance checks. The applicable account and trading rules determine when an evaluation is passed or failed.
Successful evaluation performance does not independently create a right to a funded-stage account or reward; any further stage requires the applicable verification and separate agreement.
7. Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds
Mandatory consumer withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. Eligibility for withdrawal, the applicable period, and any permissible effects of starting the service depend on the legal classification of the specific service and the circumstances of the purchase. We do not treat acceptance of a general terms checkbox as an automatic waiver of consumer rights.
Refer to the separate Withdrawal Information. Contact info@thetradingexpert.com with cancellation or refund requests; include your order reference where available.
8. Fair use and account integrity
Prohibited conduct includes account sharing, identity fraud, tampering with the platform, exploiting a known system fault and manipulating order or risk records. Trading-related restrictions must be identifiable in the versioned Rulebook applicable to the account. Aurion may investigate credible violations and take proportionate action subject to applicable law.
9. Availability, records and changes
Trading and payment infrastructure may depend on third-party services and may experience interruptions. Aurion will endeavour to communicate material interruptions and preserve relevant order and acceptance records. Changes to future programme versions do not automatically rewrite an earlier accepted contract.
10. Liability, governing law and disputes
Mandatory statutory rights, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, are not excluded. German law applies subject to mandatory consumer rules of the customer's habitual residence. Our Legal Notice contains information on consumer dispute resolution.
